1. Who we are
Non Stop Radio is a mobile application developed and published by ET SOLUTIONS P.C. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Country of establishment: Greece. Contact e‑mail: info@nonstopradio.app.
2. The short version
- Non Stop Radio shows no ads and requires no account.
- We do not collect names, e‑mail addresses, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers.
- We collect anonymous station‑play counters (which stations are played, not by whom) to build the "Most Popular" list, and crash reports to fix bugs.
- We do not store IP addresses. Third‑party services (Radio Browser, PodcastIndex) and the radio stations you stream from process the technical data needed to deliver streams and search results.
3. Interpretation & Definitions
- Application / Service: the Non Stop Radio Android application and related websites.
- Device: any phone, tablet, computer or other device that can access the Service.
- Personal Data: information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Usage Data: data generated automatically by the Service or by the Service infrastructure itself.
- Service Provider: any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company (e.g. Google Firebase Crashlytics).
- You: the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
4. What data is collected & why

We do not collect Personal Data such as your name, e‑mail address, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. The app shows no ads and contains no advertising SDKs. Favourites, listening history, saved songs, alarms, and user‑added stream URLs are stored locally on your Device only.
5. Content responsibility disclaimers
- Radio streams are sourced from the open community Radio Browser API. We do not create, host, or moderate this content. We remove stations that clearly infringe Google Play policies when notified.
- Podcasts are discovered through PodcastIndex.org. We do not vet individual podcast episodes for accuracy or legality.
- User‑added radio or podcast URLs are stored locally on your Device only. The legality and accuracy of such streams remain your responsibility.
- Local music files played via the app reside solely on your Device. The Company does not claim ownership or verify rights in those files.
6. How collected data is used
Data described in section 4 may be used to:
- Provide, maintain, and monitor the Service;
- Rank popular stations and improve station discovery;
- Analyse crashes and improve app stability;
- Respond to enquiries or support requests;
- Facilitate business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions.
We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not merge datasets across providers.
7. Retention & deletion
- Anonymous station‑play counters are stored as aggregate totals only and contain no personal identifiers or IP addresses.
- We do not keep access logs or IP addresses on our servers.
- Crash logs are retained by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days.
- Favourites, history, and other in‑app data remain on your Device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app.
8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA etc.)
The station‑play counters we collect are anonymous and cannot be linked back to you, so they do not constitute Personal Data. For data processed by third‑party providers (e.g. Google for Firebase Crashlytics), requests such as data access, correction, or deletion should be sent to the relevant provider. We will, however, assist with any request we receive at info@nonstopradio.app.
9. Security
We employ industry‑standard security measures, yet no Internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure. Review the security statements of our partners for technical details.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If you believe such data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Ads & purchases
- The app contains no advertising and no in‑app purchases. All features are free.
- Some third‑party radio streams may include their own audio ads; these come from the stations themselves, not from the app.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this URL and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
