Website Privacy Policy – Non Stop Radio
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy covers the website nonstopradio.app (including www.nonstopradio.app) and its members area members.nonstopradio.app. The Non Stop Radio Android app has its own Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by ET SOLUTIONS P.C. ("we", "us" or "our"), established in Greece, which is responsible for the data described here. Contact e‑mail: info@nonstopradio.app.
2. The short version
- We do not store IP addresses.
- For each page you open we keep a short visit record for our statistics. It contains no name, e‑mail address or other contact details, and we do not use it to identify you.
- Visit records are deleted automatically after 12 months.
- The website shows no ads, uses no advertising or third‑party cookies, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
3. Visit statistics on nonstopradio.app
When your browser opens a page of the website, we record:
| Data | Details |
|---|---|
| Page and time | The page you opened, the time, and the link parameters in its address (for example ?ref= or utm_source, which show where a shared link was posted). |
| Where you came from | The name of the website or app that linked to the page (for example google.com), when your browser sends it, or the page of this website you came from. |
| Clicks on our Google Play link | When you follow one of our links to Google Play (nonstopradio.app/play, used by the "Get it on Google Play" buttons, or links we share in one place only, such as nonstopradio.app/googleplay on TikTok), we record the click like a page view before sending you to Google Play. The address we send you to tells Google Play that you came from our website and from which page or shared link, so that the Google Play Console can show us how many installs the website brings. It contains nothing about you. |
| Visitor ID | A random ID kept in the nsr_vid cookie (see section 6). It lets us count visitors and see whether a browser comes back. It contains nothing about you. |
| IP address | Not stored. Instead we keep a one‑way, keyed hash of it, which cannot be turned back into the IP address. It only shows that two visits came from the same connection. |
| Approximate location and network | Country, region, city and internet provider, as Cloudflare works them out from the connection when the page is requested. |
| Browser details | Your browser's user agent (browser, operating system and device type) and preferred language. |
Why: to produce statistics about visits (how many people visit, how they find the website, which pages they open and whether they come back), so that we can improve the website, and to notice unusual or automated traffic that could harm it. Visits by search‑engine crawlers and link previews are not recorded.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding, improving and protecting our website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long: each visit record is deleted automatically 12 months after the visit.
4. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and page load times without cookies or other storage on your device and without identifying visitors. It gives us aggregated figures only, such as the number of page views, referring websites, countries and browsers. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
5. Hosting and security
The website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and defend the website against attacks, Cloudflare processes the technical data of each connection, including your IP address. We do not keep server access logs ourselves.
6. Cookies and storage on your device
| Name | Website | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
nsr_vid | nonstopradio.app | Random visitor ID for the visit statistics in section 3. | 12 months, renewed on each visit |
__Host-nsr-session | members.nonstopradio.app | Keeps you signed in to the members area. | 7 days |
__Host-nsr-oauth | members.nonstopradio.app | Protects the Google sign‑in while it is in progress. | 10 minutes |
The website also remembers the language you choose in your browser's local storage; this never leaves your device. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. The public website works the same without them; without the nsr_vid cookie, each visit simply counts as a new visitor.
7. The members area (members.nonstopradio.app)
The members area is open only to invited Google accounts.
- When you sign in with Google, Google tells us your e‑mail address so that we can check that your account is approved. Google processes the sign‑in under its own Privacy Policy.
- We store your list of favourite stations together with your e‑mail address until you remove them or ask us to delete them.
- Your e‑mail address is also used, only while you use the members area, to apply request limits and to count how many members are listening right now. We keep no listening history.
Legal basis: providing the members area you asked to use (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and stores the visit records and favourites on our behalf (in its Eastern Europe data region), under its Data Processing Addendum. Where Cloudflare processes data outside the European Economic Area, its Data Processing Addendum provides the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google handles the sign‑in to the members area. When you follow our link to Google Play, Google Play also receives the website tags described in section 3.
- We do not sell, rent or share data for advertising, and we do not combine it with other data sets.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict its use, object to it, or ask for a copy. Because visit records contain no name or contact details, we can usually find your visits only if you tell us enough to identify them (for example the date, time and pages). Deleting your cookies starts a new visitor ID, and records older than 12 months no longer exist. Members can ask us to delete their favourites and e‑mail address at any time.
Write to info@nonstopradio.app. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
10. Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this address and change the "Last updated" date.
12. Contact us
