2. Interpretation & Definitions

Account: a unique account created for you to access parts of the Service.
Application / Service: the Non Stop Radio! Android application and related websites.
Device: any phone, tablet, computer or other device that can access the Service.
Personal Data: information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Usage Data: data generated automatically by the Service or by the Service infrastructure itself.
Service Provider: any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company (e.g. Google AdMob).
You: the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

3. What data we (or our partners) collect & why

The Company itself does not maintain its own analytics servers nor stores Personal Data in the cloud. All data is processed by the third‑party providers listed above under their respective privacy policies.

4. Content responsibility disclaimers

Radio streams are sourced from the open community Radio Browser API. We do not create, host, or moderate this content. We remove stations that clearly infringe Google Play policies when notified.
Podcasts are discovered through PodcastIndex.org. We do not vet individual podcast episodes for accuracy or legality.
User‑added radio or podcast URLs are stored locally on your Device only. The legality and accuracy of such streams remain your responsibility.
Local music files played via the app reside solely on your Device. The Company does not claim ownership or verify rights in those files.

5. How we use third‑party collected data

Data gathered by AdMob, Crashlytics, PodcastIndex, or the streaming CDN may be used to:

Provide, maintain, and monitor the Service;
Show advertising (free version);
Analyse crashes and improve app stability;
Respond to enquiries or support requests;
Facilitate business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions.

All such processing happens on the infrastructure of the respective third‑party provider; the Company does not export or merge these datasets.

6. Retention & deletion

CDN access logs are kept for 30 days.
Crash logs are retained for 90 days.
Anonymous station counters remain on your Device until you clear the app data.
You may reset the AAID at any time (Settings › Privacy › Ads).

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA etc.)

Because the Company does not directly store Personal Data, requests such as data access, correction, or deletion should be sent to the relevant third‑party provider (e.g., Google for AdMob or Firebase). We will, however, assist in forwarding any request we receive.

8. Security

We employ industry‑standard security measures, yet no Internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure. Review the security statements of our partners for technical details.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If you believe such data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.

10. In‑app purchases & ads

Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
You can remove ads by purchasing the Pro upgrade.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this URL and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
